OKLAHOMA CITY -- A federal judge struck down a two-year-old law that prohibits the state from recognizing adoptions by same-sex couples from other states and countries. Judge Robin Cauthron ruled Friday that the measure violated due process rights under the US Constitution because it didn't consider the parents' fitness or the children's interests. (AP)
